About

With over 17 years of experience as an architectural lighting designer, I specialize in delivering vision-driven lighting solutions for a wide range of project types, within both interior and exterior space. My approach combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of design intent, enhancing the architectural narrative through light.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design and Craft from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland and a Master of Science degree in Architectural Lighting Design from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. These foundations have shaped my holistic view of lighting as both a functional tool and a creative medium, intrinsic to architectural and urban integrity.

Having worked in international lighting design offices and contributed to projects worldwide, I bring a collaborative mindset and global perspective to each project. Currently based in Hamburg, Germany, I continue to support clients and design teams throughout Europe and the United States in realizing lighting strategies that are innovative, sustainable, and context appropriate.
